West Virginia and coach Tony Dews has offered a class of 2019 Offensive Guard out of the state of Virginia.
Jakai Moore, a 6″6′ 295 pound native of Nokesville, Virginia, has spoken to DubVNation’s Recruiting Coordinator Cody Moyer saying he plans to visit WVU on March 4th.
Moore said as of now he doesn’t know a whole lot about West Virginia and the Mountaineers program but he know’s he’ll get well acquainted with the program and the coaches over the next few weeks.
The Offensive Guard out of Patriot High School has been the most highly recruited player out of the school since it’s opening in 2011. He previously played at his first two seasons Manassas Park High School before transferring to Patriot High School.
Jakai says he’s not particularly picky about playing in the Big 12 but knows he wants to play against the best and he’s going to work especially hard on his footwork, especially on his first step where he’s aiming to not stay bent over.
Moore doesn’t have a list of top schools yet but he believes he’ll be signing with a program on signing day in 2019.
So far he has offers from Louisville, Maryland, Old Dominion, Penn State, South Carolina, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
