Arena football is back in Wheeling and the Roughriders have inked a former West Virginia star.
According to the West Virginia Roughriders’ official website, Noel Devine has agreed to a contract for the 2019 season.
During his time as a Mountaineer (2007-2010), Devine tallied 5,025 total yards and 31 TDs before singing with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2011.
